Otto's Constant Dream, Sauvignon Blanc, Malborough NZ, 750ml macon then aging in concrete andThis Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough offers a crisp, crowd pleasing experience. Aromas of grapefruit, lime peel, and green apple abound, while its medium body holds a lively acidity and grapefruit flavor. Its sustainable farming practices are complemented by partial aging in neutral French oak barrels, making this an impressively well rounded choice.
